Small Business Consulting
Business Overview: This is a comprehensive assessment of your business, and an excellent place to start a consulting relationship. We will look at every aspect of your operation, including legal structure, financial performance and understanding, human resources, marketing, insurance—you name it. You will complete a detailed questionnaire that we’ll use as a starting point for discussing what’s next, and for building an action plan. The Business Overview is especially valuable for new clients, as a first step in exit planning, or for those who just want to get their house in order. Flat fee, depending on business size ($850-1,750).
Consulting Packages: Best for ongoing project work, strategic planning, exit planning, and when we have a good idea that our work together will take some time. I offer prepaid 6- and 12-hr packages at a reduced hourly rate. $1,350 and $2,520, respectively.
Retainers: When you need regular, ongoing input of an advisory nature, you might consider a monthly retainer arrangement. I will be available at your request as a sounding board, negotiator, accountability partner, or facilitator. Rate determined by role and anticipated scope of work.
Stand-Alone Business Consulting: Do you have an important decision to make, and would like some input or a sounding board? Need to brainstorm around personnel or organizational changes? Or could you simply benefit from an hour with me to help decipher this month’s financial reports? I offer one-off sessions as needed. $235/hour.
Business and Leadership Coaching
Executive/Owner Coaching: You set the agenda for what you’d like to accomplish in your business and life. We will examine personal goals, work-life balance, and alignment with business strategy, among other topics you bring to our sessions.
Coaching for Emerging Leaders: Give your managers a safe space to explore and develop their own leadership skills. I will provide support and encourage introspection to grow the leader within. I’ll invite the client to bring their biggest challenges, and provide tools and accountability to manifest positive outcomes in their leadership journey.
Intro Leadership Coaching Package: $1495 / 6 sessions (6.5 hrs)
Ongoing Business Coaching: 3-month Package (6, 1-hr sessions), $1,350; 6-month Package (12, 1-hr sessions), $2,520.
Standalone Business Coaching: $235/hr
Coaching for Partners and Entrepreneurial Couples: This unique but very common ownership arrangement requires particular care and attention, as work and life collide on a regular basis. Explore how your individual strengths inform your leadership styles, and how you can most effectively create space for each other to shine. Practice your co-leadership skills in a safe and supportive environment that allows you the freedom to fall, and offers the tools to pick yourself up and try again. With love and levity, we will navigate together the competing demands of work and personal life, and design a leadership model that works for the two of you and your business.
Intro Couples/Partners Package: $1,237.50 / 4 sessions (4.5 hrs)
Ongoing Couples/Partners Packages: 3-month package (6, 1-hr sessions): $1,830; 6-month package (12, 1-hr sessions): $3,540.
Standalone Couples/Partners Coaching: $315/hr
Partner and Team Retreats: Take a day, or multiple days, to go deeper with your partner, your team, or your entire staff. You set the objectives, and together we will design the content to take your business to the next level. Whether for team connection and alignment, strategic planning, or brainstorming your next chapter, a retreat can shift your approach from business as usual to truly leveraging the collective wisdom of your organization. Available via the Zoom video platform, at your place of business, or at another mutually agreeable facility. Please allow at least 60 days lead time for all retreats.
